Is TPL even trying collect on MMP? Sounds like they have a few other patents they are collecting on. What gurantee did our "great" BOD get in pushing MMP collections vs. the other TPL patents.

Sometimes I just feel like we settled with TPL and just got a big tube of KY.

Is there really any difference here?
