Ron,

I'm pleased that Cliff responded to your questions, but I had also sent them a polite request for the same information and have not heard anything from them yet.

I still don't understand why they will not communicate with the shareholders of the company they work for.

It seems, all we can do is wait for the Markman Hearing, and then, hopefully, we will be informed of the outcome.

After that, it's anyone's guess.
