I wish I could agree. But, I don't. Patriot dismissed all charges brought on TPL. Several serious accusations. And some where criminal.

My questions would be..

What have we recieved by dismissing our charges against TPL ?

What could have caused Patriot to dismiss those allegations ? (knowledge of an illegal activity used in a coersive manner by defendant ?)

Why is the new agreement being kept a secret ? I certainly consider such a contract would be a material event. Unless there has been no change.

But that's how I interpreted the original PR. "No Change" . Parties agreed to established proceedures was conspicuously placed in the PR.
