I posted this link yesterday so that all could go in and take a look at the new firm. If you go to the "read more" section under Otteson's name you will find that he was named one of the top 75 IP lawyers in 2010 in Ca.. It appears to me that he has gathered some very capable lawyers to work in his fairly new firm. It is worth it to go in and read up on each member --I know that I felt better after doing so.

I was told by CF that the lawyers who represent TPL in this case represent PTSC also--that the lawyers are actually working on behalf on the entire MMP. That conversation took place well over a year ago, but I assume that remains the case today.

IMHO, the law firm is already "up to date" on this case esp. if they have worked with DL in the past. GL, ads
