Yes, the Markman Hearing is sink or swim for PTSC.

The PTO has given us reason to hope but, the court does rule over all things including the PTO. The PTO decisions may be a consideration, but they do not force the court to act in a particular way.

The court has the greater power. We need to have favorable results from the courts if we are going to survive, or better yet, thrive.
