Google Chrome still gives a warning when accessing www.ptsc.com or www.patriotscientific.com.

More interesting perhaps is: http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/ptsc/insider-trades

which states "There are no insiders for this security." So - that's NASDAQ's view!
