Neither the Alliacense website nor the TPL website mentions PTSC at all. The last MMP license announcement, by Alliacense, where Patriot was mentioned as a co-owner of the MMP Portfolio was Sept. 10, 2009 (Alcon purchases MMP Portfolio).

There were only two other times where PTSC was mentioned as co-owner (since Sept. 2009) and those were in the Alliacense press releases on July 27, 2010 and Sept. 16, 2009 where it was announced that the MMP revails re-exam(s).
