This scares me. I too felt the settlement meant we could now work together for each others benefit????

If we are no longer partners then TPL can sell the patents without us. They become our worst nightmare. If things were bad working 'with' them, things will be a lot worse without them. Unless Chuck Moore can pull TPL's license to act on his behalf and we and CM has made arrangement to market the patents in a way that benefits us both. I don't think this is likely since CM seems not to like PTSC.

If TPL is no longer our partner, I would call that a MAJOR event that needs to be publicly reported to the SEC.
