Thanks Mike. It seems to me that from what we were told, TPL is the one to receive money on a monthly basis and more like to take PTSC to court if PTSC fails to make the payments. Thank goodness, the judge did not permit a delay for the Markman. Remember PTSC is supposed to pay $86K per month up until 90 days after the Markman.

Sure wish someone would visit the court in San Jose and read through the files. There may be more there that would be helpful to shareholders.
