Do we really think the SEC would investigate and/or get involved? I completely agree that being kept in the dark is wrong yet willing to go 30-60 more days to hear something one way or another. I do believe more time maybe needed in lining up the ducks but do expect announcementS to start rolling in come Jan-March.

Now, could the SEC involvment hurt us, probably not as our SP is already sitting at ridiculous low price but I don't really know. I do know that TPL/DL has screwed us royally and our BOD is NOT the brightest in protecting us/PTSC shareholders. If wrong doing is present then a criminal investigation is warrented and people need to be held accountable.
