"Q: Is there significant insider trading in Patriot's stock?

A: There is not significant trading activity on the part of Patriot's officers and Board."

The obvious follow up question is "What about people OTHER THAN the Officers and Board"? Not to mention that "trading" per se is not the only way a BOD or Officer can be guilty of the crime.
