Cliff's e-mail yesterday was specifically in response to my e-mail informing him that I called the office asking about when the proxy would be out.

In his response to me, he stated that he hoped the FAQ answered my questions. I take this to mean that he was also referring to my three previous e-mails asking for a copy of the bylaw amendment pertaining to majority voting.

At any rate, I did ask him in June for confirmation or denial of the BoD's plan to implement majority voting by producing a copy of the bylaw amendment. The response hidden in the recently posted FAQs is too little too late, in my opinion.
