Sorry, but I believe that you have it wrong.

It is my understanding that any owner of a patent can license that patent without the permission of other owners. Nor is the owner required to share the income with other legal owners. So, it would seem that CM or PTSC would both be 'free' to license the patents.

I hope our board has tried to establish a plan to work with Chuck Moore should he get his agreement with TPL to be terminated by the court.

It's a mess! We need to get a solution and end this chaos.

I do agree that Chuck Moore (and PTSC) both deserve better than what TPL has provided. I do not know enough about the past to understand why the poster said we threw Chuck Moore under the bus. I certainly hope that we can work with chuck should he prevail.
