Does anyone think that it is possible that TPL and PTSC BoD have gotten an offer for the MMP --- possibly the J's buying us out? That would explain the PTSC settlement with TPL--the urgent need to get "the obstacle" out of the way. That MIGHT also explain why the BoD decided not to accept the majority voting--they would be the ones who would need to stay until everything was completed. Might also explain why there is a face to face meeting this year--I know that I would be happy if the price were right. This thought crossed my mind the other day and I ruled it out b/c of CM---however, he may be willing to sell if the price were right. GL, ads
