Mike,

Are you going to the SH's meeting? Perhaps you could ask your questions there. At that time, the Markman should be over with and they may be at liberty to answer your questions. DL would be the best one to ask if he is there--I do remember him saying that ARM does infringe on some of the patents in question. GL, ads
