concise, well written, well thought out and as usual for you, right on post. The only thing you missed discussing directly is how this is already being played as a race issue.

The only regret I have is that you practice law in LA and not here in Ca. I could use an intelligent, well spoken, thoughtful attorney who ``Thinks Things Through``
