I do not agree with that statement. I would think that a necessary precursor to getting both sides to accept a Special Master, would be to have any settlement sealed.

A special master's job is not to assure dollars in a settlement are kept confidential, they are tasked with confirming all parties are following rules and that trade secrets are kept provate for each party. The fact that dollars are publicized or not is entirely between the parties.

It is in your and my best interests for TPL to publicize a large settlement figure. We publicized Fujitsu and HP when we were supposedly less strong.

How can PTSC let shareholders know that the MMP is going to be very successful in the next 4 to 6 months? What is the endgame?
