I never said it would, so I'm confused as to why you think I did. Is that part of some strategy?
If you want to shoot holes in my opinion, all you need to do is find a rule that says the Special Master's report will contain nothing that will influence a settlement and neither side is to be advised of what is in the Special Master's report.
If such a rule is found, I will concede that my opinion relative to the desire for a sealing agreement carrys no weight.
