There are some big words in Paragraphs 4 and 5. If you took out the words; are, nearly, always, usually, sometimes, most likely, you may have something, also the words; if, would, should, and could changes the whole concept of any legal issue. You can only use the description of duties what the court lays out for the special master in this case only. Please review the Judges order on Oct 5, 2011.
