I agree vote, vote, vote.

Even though they won't accept shareholders overwhelming demand for changes; maybe a prosecuting attorney will accept our votes as evidence in a future case against the board for fiduciary irresponsibility.

Of course I would prefer a flurry of licensing and court victories.
