Thanks for doing that. Perhaps enough SH will send it to encourage PTSC do provide a response. It's unfortunate that the question has to be asked, but it's from the licensing partnership's lack of consistent and coordinated, and its sometimes conflicting dissemination of information that the questions are generated.

It's too bad that PTSC is so haphazard and fragmented in its communication regarding licenses. Clearly, since their team is putitng info into unsealed court filings and PRs, it's NOT confidential. Also, in the past they've announced milestones with certain licenses, for example, Denso announced as 23rd, Mattel as 40th, Caterpillar as 70th. Additionally, for a while PTSC would announce one number for total licenses, and TPL/Alliancense a different number. After being questioned about that multiple fimes, PTSC finally though reluctantly attributed it to a difference in counting of the Intel & AMD licenses.

It shouldn't be rocket science to create a CONSISTENT communcation strategy and issue communications that CLARIFY and ENHANCE PTSC's MMP licensing program, rather than obfuscate and confuse. However because TPL issues one thing, PTSC another, and the court filings yet another, all contemporaneously for the most part, it serves to confuse, and truthfully, creates questions whether they're disseminating possible material licensing information to some, yet not to everyone.

Rather than create a proactive, strategic communication strategy that promotes and enhances PTSC's market presence, PTSC instead seems to try this today, something else tomorrow, and then duck and hide when asked for clarification of the contractidictions they created, or try to hide behind confidentiality issues that are clearly not applicable.

I hope others will follow suit, as it would be a significant difference between possibly 92 or more licenses as of TE Connectivity, versus, perhaps less than 86 licenses as of yesterday, IMO. I believe if PTSC is telling some people this information publicly, then ALL shareholders should be allowed access to it as well.
