A strong Markman and a strong settlement will end the uncertainty as well and will be just as effective without the wait. 15 or 20 licenses a month would turn this stock into a rocket ship. The licensing has to pick up and fast. 1 every other month does squat for us. The companies that want to go to court and risk trial by jury after a strong markman would be few. IMO
