NIRC for the '336 was issued on July 19, 2010, and PR was issued on July 27, 2010.

Assuming PTSC follows suit similarly, perhaps we'll see a PR on the '584 NIRC on or around Friday January 14, 8 days later.

Considering the 10q is due on Tuesday, the 17th, if they're going to issue one on the NIRC, I'd say it's likely to come before Friday. If not, it will likely just be rolled into the 10q PR.

Including the licensing PRs from last week, we may have a good stretch here overr the next 2 weeks of PRs as we move toward the Markman. If we're confident in the Markman outcome, then it would serve the shareholders well if the pressure were built up with good news as the hearing nears so that if there is a spring to be offered from that hearing (even though it's understood the ruling may take a while longer), that spring happens from a higher pps rather than the single digits we're treading currently.

If we're not as confident, we may want to lay low and save up any good PRs until after the hearing.

I would think TPL / PTSC have a decent idea of whether they'll get a solid Claims Construction from the hearing, even though they can't be 100% sure. I just hope they are planning communication strategically but still with TRANSPARENCY.

Here's to continued pps appreciation as the month progresses. Would be good to see positive news through licensing, 10q and the NIRC news building to a repeat of the 40 cent mark reached as with the '336 NIRC news.

I hope PTSC/TPL has the goods. Based on the dissemination of news for the last 2 months, it appears as though PTSC controls the PR announcements now, so perhaps they can do so in a way that helps US.
