Will today's re-exam news effect the Markham hearing?

Just wondering how that will play out........... Thinking about how there is a flow of events that seem to be tied together.... re-exam news today.... Markham Hearing on the 27th.... and then the SHM on the 10th.... Did all that just happen, or was it coordinated/planned?

Watching the share price makes me think that with each event the share price will rise. Just my opinion from this vantage point now. GLTAL
