How is it that Leckrone is not considered an Insider, given that he, via TPL and Alliacense, controls the amount and timing of virtually all of PTSC's income stream? He knows even before the PTSC BOD what is in the future.

As for Swartz, isn't CJ still his employee at Roswell?
