I am almost certain that the courts will allow new evidence and new updates to the Patent Claims, that may have been overlooked and or added due to the re-examinations that the infringers requested.

What was supposed to buy time for the infringers with the "hopes" that the patent office would get lazy and not do thier work, and may hoping to get the patents voided turned against them, it was a two edged sword, and now we have new and improved claims to bite with.

Besides... T3 Chose to go to file in California not Eastern Texas, and that too may bite them in their infringing rear end LOL!
