T&T is representing PTSC/TPL in the infringment department. They are presently negotiating with Fujitsu et al for a settlement out of court (I hope). There are about 150 companies infringing on our patents... what`s not to like? If you wait until the 10k is released, or until we get some news on the Fujitsu case, you could be paying much higher prices to buy in. Of course, if Fujitsu decides to take it to court instead of settle (doubtful IMO) then we could be looking at a very long wait. It`s worth the gamble from my perspective, but I can`t tell you what to do. As far as selling our tech, Ignite and Inflame are certainly sellable... alot more so with some marketing dollars in the bank. To me that would be icing on the cake, but the cake is our patent portfolio.
