Do you know what the lead time is that attorney's need to prepare for a Markman hearing? Do they start work one month, two months, three months or more prior to the hearing?

It would seem that since there are court briefs that need to be filed prior to the Markman, that possibly a significant part of the attorneys fees related to the Markman are actually incurred well before the Markman takes place. Do you know the facts to be otherwise? If so, please inform us.
