I know that PTSC paid $200K...I was merely being sarcastic because TPL once again managed to get PTSC to commit to paying them monthly fees which have been accruing, then when they need to make a capital contribution along with PTSC, TPL turns around and says no need to pay me $200K of what you agreed to pay me....use it as my capital contribution.

Any way you look at it....the money is from PTSC, right? Am I off base here?
