The 10q was more of the same and not good. There is not one person who can argue that the $s reported were positive in any respect.
So all we have in the near term to focus on is the Markman. If we get a favorable Markman and it appears more shenanigans are happening with respect to TPL where a truly mutualy beneficial settlement is not attained by TPL for PTSC, will PTSC promise to take the scraps from PTSC and poison the MMP by splitting from TPL and racing to 0. TPL should not profit at the expense of PTSC shareholders. If TPL continues to play games after a favorable Markman, there is plenty of money to pay the BOD's salary for probably 10 yrs, so please do all shareholders a favor and stick it to Leckrone by nullifying the ComAg. This can all be asked at the ASM.
Also, are our lawyers involved in all licensing activity? Ideally, Leckrone should be prevented from meeting any potential licensee without a PTSC representation. Certainly nerve racking...
