While others may be anxious to blame the BOD for the current share price.

It was bound to happen due to the vicious infringers that would not PTSC gain momentum.

Had they not been so cruel, PTSC could have done a lot more to produce chips and or some kind of products to market., but realizing it was going to take years and that the infringers were going to challenge the patents so many times, may as well turn strictly into a licensing company.

Then there are the "Bright Boys" out there that realized that they could trade this stock on the highs and lows and make lucrative short term gains at the expense of the Share Price.

So.....the "Bright Boys" are to blame as well.
