What a sad, yet ugly, response to a simple and reasonable question.

Did PTSC/TPL agree that any litigation between TPL and Chuck Moore would not be billed to PDS and thus 50% to PTSC? Do the costs of TPL suing Chuck Moore come out of the money (15%?) that TPL takes off the top of every license?

No emotion. No accustaion. Just an enquiry.

What are the chances TPL bills this to PDS as a cost of defending MMP and PTSC ends up paying half of it?
