Well, you can't say Leckrone/TPL don't have chutzpah and/or sphericals!

Pots and kettles... unless Chuckie has been off licensing MMP on his own... or Leckrone is going after GreenArrays for using MMP technology...

Then there's Leckrone: He has filed a Cross-Complaint to my lawsuit, charging:

  • Breach of fiduciary duty
  • Misappropriation of trade secrets
  • Unfair competition

among other claims. He has added GreenArrays as a defendant ....

What are the chances TPL bills this to PDS as a cost of defending MMP and PTSC ends up paying half of it?
