I too would be surprised, but it is quite possible PTSC doesn't know if TPL was not willing to share that information.

I guess I'm missing your point. I assume there was one. Are you suggesting that, if PTSC knows the reason TPL changed counsel, PTSC should make that reason public knowledge?
