I had checked it at just after 1 PM and was disappointed to see it at .094 ........ Then I saw your post about closing at .10 .... rather exciting IMO ! A bounce back up right at the close. Even at .10 it could jump after the Markman and .10 will have looked like a bargin IMO.

Settlement on the court house steps???!!! I wouldn't count on it, but they say it is the time it happens, when it's down to the wire.

Speaking of wires I wish I could be there to see what kind of a show they will present now that all that equipment as been approved for the hearing. They don't usually allow phones and cameras in the court but it would make a great You Tube for PTSC !
