Judging from the trading both yesterday and today everything looks like it is going just fine. Either they will settle or we will go to court. IMHO, most of the longs want this to go all the way--we want a court ruling on it. Hope that the language that comes out of this hearing today is simple enough that a person sitting on a jury can understand it. They may decide to settle, however. Keeping my fingers crossed, ads
