on this calendar that Laurie provided--I think that we will have an answer to the rulings at this time.

Also I do remember that Judge Ware was looking at Judge Ward's rulings on the previous Markman. That info was in one of Wolfe's pacers--I don't have time to go look for it right now, but I know it was there. I guess it is just a matter of time (hope just one month) before we have an answer.
