"Why should anyone buy or sell?" You say. Its called gambling on a positive outcome. I can't see anyone selling at this point. But, IMO with a positive markman in Texas, and positive results at the USPO, 90 licenses signed, I'd say the odds our definitely in our favor. I'd be buying if I were a good gambler. Its not like your buying at $1.50. Its only 10 freakin cents. not much to lose.
