This boils down to American Ingenuity vs Asain companies that are known to violate copyright laws and known to manufacture products with patents that they did not pay for.

Unfortunately Orientals are great at copying what others do, and while I cannot deny that they are smart in their own right, they sometimes can improve products, but that does not negate the fact that they start of by infringing on patents that they do now own.
