Assuming for one moment in time that everything goes well for our side (i.e. favorable Markman and motion hearings) and subsequently we settle or win big with a jury, would these events in and of themselves be likely to result in fewer complaints of non infringement going forward? Or will TPL/PTSC be forever fighting in court over infringement thereby spending millions of future revenue on attorney fees?

Is there ever going to be a winning scenario for shareholders? Perhaps those dividend payments, if any, will be the only real return we shall see.
