I remember from reports from Ron and Brian that there were a lot of suits who attended the J3 Markman in Texas. They said the court room was full of lawyers outside of the actual litigation (I believe). So it is possible lawyers also attended the Markman and advised their clients to settle. It could also be true that TPL & PTSC have companies in their pocket that they will announce now to help aid their Markman argument. I believe the same was true during the J3 Markman. Time will tell.
