That motion if granted means there won't be a trial....correct?

Only if the judge grants SJ on everything, which I do not believe is likely. It is my understanding this all has to do with the ICs and whether they were specific enough to warrant a claim of infringement in the first place. Some might be, some might not be. At least that is my understanding. Corrections welcomed.
