Caney, I'm not even sure they know how to BBQ in Arkansas, but I gave you credit for the beauty of the Ozarks so you gotta give Texas credit for being the home of "hold 'em" poker and "the BBQ". My place in Brenham is big enough to accomodate a hundred of Ron's closest friends so this is the place. Ron agreed to foot the bill so we'll let him decide the level the stock needs to get to to really put on a shindig (I'll chip in Ron). I'll do the cooking and we'll have different brands of beer on tap (as long as they are made by Coors. I am closely related to Keith Stone so want to keep it in the family). Brisket, sausage and chicken smoked over a mesquite fire. Don't get no better than that. My wife Cheryl's potato salad, hot rolls and baked beans are worth the trip by themselves. I"m warnin' ya in advance that we say grace at our place before meals so ifn you ain't willin to give the Lord his due then you probably should just go to Mickey D's. Lookin' forward to it so put it on your calendar - GO PATRIOT!!!!
