Years of waiting and it all comes down to a few claims with two different interpretations of each. Which argument will the Judge favor? Or might he come up with something of his own?

It is my belief and understanding that there is among these claims, only one that really matters. It pertains to the heart of the 336 which is the variable speed clock. Judge Ware might favor our side for all other claims but if the 336 goes down.....well I think we all have an idea about what might happen.

I remain hopeful that Chuck Moore invented something that still has teeth left in it. Regardless of personal opinons about Moore ...without him there would be no PTSC right now.
