IMO, Barco has zero percent of success as long as TPL made the required logical connections, as I'm sure they did and TPL claims they did.

I agree! I was thinking about this case and was wondering why it seems we are only litigating against Barco. Has Acer or HTC made a peep? Is Barco fighting the fight for the other two and possibly more?? This next week will be interesting with the shareholder meeting approaching.Hopefully our BOD has something up their sleeve for us. Although they haven't divulged the full settlement details the fact that TPL and Alliacense haven't posted the recent licenses is a change of MO. Maybe just maybe the rhetoric about having shareholders best interests at heart will play out in the end.
