This will be my last post, as you either do not read English or do not understand it too well. We don't "agree" and whatever reasoning you are to using to come to that conclusion is seriously flawed.

It was a PTSC statement (actually a citation by a PTSC Board Member of a quote from Mr. Leckrone) and the reference is to testimony or a claim by Carlton Johnson in documents relating to the lawsuit filed by PTSC against TPL which was subsequently "settled" in late 2011.

I don't have the link to the actual document to hand (maybe someone else could post it to appease you) and I don't have any intent of spending any more time on this exchange.
