I will not be voting for any of the present BOD members this year. I realize that this will not change anything at this point, but it will be on record that I have lost all faith in this group of officers.

If we do not vote at all, our silence will stand as an affirmation of our satisfaction with this board.

If, however, things change dramatically for the better (i.e. there is significant good news, the BoD buy large amounts of shares, licenses start to pour in, dividends are anounced etc.), I will reassess my votes for next year.

All, of course, in my personal opinion.
