I didn´t know if this will be notificable to you, otherwise i would like to give you the

following on hand :

hopefully (!!!!) someone who is attending the shareholder-meeting will have (or have

the possibility) a view on the so called attendance list , or the Präsenzlist

(means the list , which shows who is attending the meeting and how many shares

hold this person) which gives us at least a picture who is ruling the company.

May it´s possible to note the names and numbers to inform all of us.

btw, these names and numbers are public, so the public notary can´t disclose

this list. every attendance is able to peer this list.

if somebody has remark this matter, forget my posting.

in any way, wishing all of us good luck by getting the real light at the end of tunnel.
