This would have nothing to do with infringement or validity.

This would be a lawsuit concerning breach of trust, which has a statute of limitations.

As an investor I would want to know if TPL has covered all its bases for potential revenue.

This is something that should not be ignored or shrugged off, since IMHO we will against the T3 and all to come.

But its ironic that the T3 asked to be declared as Non Infringers, yet they may be assoicated with the people that were supposed to make our chips.

With all the cash that is in the cash register they have plenty of money to go after who ever they want that has breached their trust.
