A question that needs to be answered, IMO. After all we are talking about a private company that conducts business on behalf of a publicly traded company. That reminds me of the time I showed PTSC financials to an auditing friend of mine. It was three or four years ago. After looking through them he said, well I can tell you they supply only the information required by the SEC and not a word more. There is nothing illegal about that, it is just the difference between companies that are actively engaged with shareholders and those that wish they could be private. It is the difference between being proactive and reactive.
